Join us at Meow Wolf Grapevine | The Real Unreal for a therapeutic and creative experience! Our Women’s Art Therapy Programs offer a safe space for self-expression and healing through art. No artistic skills required - just bring yourself and an open mind!
Through our programs, you'll explore different art techniques and materials while tapping into your emotions and thoughts. Our experienced art therapist and expressive teachers will guide you through exercises designed to help you relax, reflect, and connect.
Come unwind, destress, and unleash your creativity in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. We have 5 scheduled art therapy programs from September to October at Meow Wolf. Each class will have a unique curriculum and the artistic mediums will be different. You're welcome to sign up for one class or all five! Each will be a new creative experience!
